The Bord Gáis Theatre is a located in the heart of Dublin city. Built in March 2010, it has been host to some of the most renowned acts. The theatre officially opened with a performance of Swan Lake by the Russian state ballet of Siberia. It was specially designed to present theatrical productions which were previously unable to visit Ireland. The Bord Gáis is a state of the art facility and one of the largest theatres in Ireland which can hold up to 2,000 people. It is a fantastic addition to the cultural heritage of Dublin.
The Gaiety Theatre is located just off Grafton Street and close to St. Stephens’s Green leaving it walking distance from the Green Line Luas which can be picked up just outside the hotel. The theatre played host to the 1971 Eurovision song contest. During the 1970’s Clodagh Rodgers presented her RTÉ TV series The Clodagh Rodgers show in the theatre. The Gaiety is a landmark in Dublin bringing world class entertainment to the people of Ireland. The venue can hold up to 2,000 people.
Olympia Theatre is a concert hall and music venue in Dublin city located in Dame Street. The venue has had both domestic and international acts play including pop sensation Adele, The Script, Billy Connolly, R.E.M, Aslan and many more. The theatre can hold up to 1,240 people and can be accessed by public transport like the Luas and Dublin bus or if you would prefer a car journey, our friendly front desk team can direct you there.
