The St. Patricks Day Parade begins at Parnell Square, Dublin 1 and winds its way through the city centre to St. Patrick’s Cathedral. This is a free, non-ticketed, event and parade begins at 9.00am. Join us for one of the best days in the Irish calendar!
After the parade, pop down to Ballsbridge to the Irish Craft Beer and Whiskey Village. This festival is indoors so you can browse stalls, enjoy some masterclasses and thoroughly enjoy the St. Patricks Day atmosphere. This event starts from 12 noon – 11.00pm and tickets cost €10.
The annual St. Patricks Walk is back for 2017. This is a fantastic event to do with all of the family, celebrating Ireland’s patron saint and led by renowned historian and author Pat Liddy. The walk departs from the Molly Malone Statue on the corner of Suffolk Street and finishes at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. This fantastic event runs from 17th – 20th of March with two different start times (11.00am and 2:15pm). Ticket prices are €14.
See Dublin by Bike starts in the streets of the capital this St. Patricks Festival weekend. The Easter Rising bike tour is aimed at discovering the Irish history and atmosphere around Dublin City. Tour guides take you on an educational journey through some of the main sties of the Rebellion. Tickets start from €25. The starting point is Café Rothar, 16 Fade Street Dublin 2.
